The sawing vise bolts to a table top. A length of tubing (from 6mm to 42mm O.D.) is inserted in the vise and clamped. Use a fine tooth hacksaw in the guide to cut the tubing length. A straight cut is produced which is essential for a proper seal.
The metric file covers the following eight different pitches: .075mm, 1.00mm, 1.25mm, 1.50mm, 1.75mm, 2.00mm, 2.50mm, 3.00mm. This 8 in 1 tool will renew damaged metric threads of any diameter right or left hand.
The tube bender comes with 6 dies with outside diameters from 6 to 18mm. The bender base clamps in a vise and the proper die is mounted on the pivot along with the bending lever (handle). The tube is inserted into the bender and is very easily bent around the die to the desired angle.
The hand de-burring tool permits quick, easy clean-up of the I.D. and O.D. of tubing which is important in obtaining a good seal in fittings. Good for copper, brass, aluminum or annealed steel tubing, for sizes 4mm O.D. through 38mm O.D. The tool has four special cutting edges for either internal or external de-burring. Replacement blades are available.
