As reported by ForConstructionPros in their article, “DEVELON Unveils DX100W-7 Mini Wheel Excavator“, DEVELON recently launched the DX100W-7, a compact and agile mini wheel excavator designed to tackle congested urban job sites. This versatile machine is capable of reaching speeds of up to 24 mph, making it ideal for navigating tight, confined spaces.
According to Andy Jeong, mini excavator product manager and compact engineer at DEVELON, this model is the first mini wheel excavator from DEVELON available in North America. It is equipped with advanced features designed to enhance performance, efficiency, and operator comfort. The DX100W-7 offers several steering and power modes, enabling operators to maneuver effectively within restricted areas without sacrificing power.
With three steering modes, including two-wheel, four-wheel crab, and four-wheel round, the DX100W-7 provides agility, precision, and tight turning radius on tough terrain. Additionally, the machine’s articulated boom allows access to hard-to-reach areas and enhances its lifting and digging performance.
The excavator also comes with four customizable work modes—One-way, Two-way, Digging, and Lifting—and four power modes, including Power+, Power, Standard, and Economy. These options allow operators to tailor the machine’s performance to the task at hand.
At Malone Specialty, we recognize the importance of selecting the right equipment for specific jobs. With a reinforced articulated boom and excellent visibility, DEVELON’s DX100W-7 is a top choice for urban construction, offering high torque and control even in confined spaces.
